About Ken Harrell
Pastor Ken Harrell serves as Director of Ministry Partnerships for The Bowman Group and is a respected leader in faith-based engagement, community partnerships, and organizational leadership.
With more than 35 years of ministry leadership, and ordained as an Itinerant Elder in 2000, Pastor Harrell has guided congregations through growth, transition, and collaboration. He is known for steady leadership, practical insight, and a commitment to helping organizations navigate complex challenges with clarity and purpose.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Pastor Harrell brings experience across ministry, business, and technology. He works with church leaders and faith-based organizations to strengthen leadership practices, build effective partnerships, and establish structures that reinforce accountability, safety, and long-term sustainability.
Through Youth Engagement Strategies (YES), Pastor Harrell supports the adaptation of the program for faith communities and leads outreach efforts that connect church leaders with practical tools and trusted partners. His work helps ministries respond to youth and family challenges with compassion, structure, and clear expectations.
